BOOKING POLICY
To confirm the reservation we ask for a 30% deposit through bank money transfer or a valid credit car.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
With cancellation within 5 days prior to the day of arrival, there is no penalty and deposit will be kept for a future booking.
Deferred Arrivals or Early Departures do not generate refunds or reductions on the agreed price.
Confirmation and cancellation policy might be different in case of special offers. In case different policies are applied they will be notified into the reservation.
PAYMENTS
At the time of booking you will need to pay 30% of the total holiday amount to be sent by one of the following methods:

Credit Card
Directly through our website and / or the PayPal system or by giving the Direction the credit card number to which you will be charged.
The balance must be made at check-in. It can be done in cash, by bank card or credit card.
TAXES
Prices are inclusive of VAT.
The tourist tax imposed by the Municipality of Campiglia Marittima on visitors throughout the year is not included.
The tourist tax is to be paid in cash.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Arrival day 16.00 – 20.00
Departure day no later than 10 am
For arrivals after 8 pm contact the property.
PRICE INCLUDES:
- Bed linen and towels (weekly change)
- Final cleaning of the apartment,
- Electricity, water and gas consumption,
- Air conditioning/ heating
- Indoor parking space,
- Use of the swimming pool and solarium of the residence with umbrellas and sun loungers (check the opening season),
- Barbecue use (excluding charcoal or wood),
- Use of the dog area and all areas of the structure,
- Wi-fi internet in apartment and garden (a family link). We do not respond to any malfunctions or failures.
For stays of more than 21 nights, the electricity supply costs will be charged to the guest (0.50 euro/kWh).
SERVICE ON REQUEST
Additional bad: 50 € / week – 8 € / night
Camping cot for children: 25 € / week – 5 € / night
Extra linen change: 10 € / person
Extraordinary cleaning: 30 €
PETS WELCOME
Long stay: € 35 / week
Each animal added: € 15 / week
Short stay: € 8 / day
